Hazzard is a risk-intelligence platform for public-sector organizations and the consultants who serve them. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, work email, role, and organization type. As you use the product we store the data you put into it: your organization's footprint, documents you upload, hazard and risk assessments, and the audit history of changes. We also collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the product, to secure accounts (including email verification), to send transactional email you triggered — verification codes, password resets, organization invites — and to understand which acquisition channels work. We do not sell your data. We do not use your organization's risk data for advertising.

Your organization's data is yours

The plans, documents, footprints, and assessments in your workspace belong to your organization. Access is controlled by the roles your admins assign. Cross-organization sharing happens only through explicit partner grants your admins create.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active. To request export or deletion, email hello@hazzard.app and we will handle it directly.
